Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable to all the attendees of the International Conference on Agriculture:

Registrations and Payments :

  • Interested persons can register either as individuals or as a group of multiple participants.

  • Registration via the website is automated and confirmed attendees should receive acknowledgement of their payment within 24 hours.

  • Group payment of multiple participants can be made in at once through bank transfer or via credit/debit card. Payment invoice will be e-mailed to the registrant. 

  • The conferences fees are indicated in 3 different currencies viz. USD, Euro and GBP on the relevant conference webpages for the convenience of the payee.

  • All registrations are done on a first come, first served basis. Due to limited availability at our conference venue, we oblige all interested individuals to complete their registration well before the commencement of the event.

Privacy :

International Conference on Agriculture reserves the right to use data submitted by individuals through the conference official website/email. Besides, we also reserve the right to use video coverage and photographs taken during the conference for promotional activities. Agriculture 2024 reserves the right to collect data during the event including, but not limited to personal data and photographs without further notice.

Cancellation, Postponement and Registration Transfer :

All cancellations or modifications in registration must be sent via email to connect@keynoteconnect.org
 

Cancellation :

If European Agriculture & Plant Science Congress is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a credit for the complete registration fee paid.

Postponement :

If International Conference on Agriculture is postponed for any reason and you are unable/ unwilling to attend on the rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for the complete registration fee paid.

Registration Transfer :

All paid registrations can be transferred to other individuals from the same institution, if registered person is unable to attend the conference. Transfer must be made by the registered person through email to connect@keynoteconnect.org. Details must include the full name of replacement individual, his/her affiliation, contact number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new individual unless otherwise specified. However, registrations cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of the commencement of this conference. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for a refund.


Visa Information :

International Conference on Agriculture is not liable to contact embassies on behalf of visa applicants. All confirmed registrants should apply for Business Visa only. Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of International Conference on Agriculture, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Refund Policy :

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards venue, printing, shipping and accommodation, we had to keep refund policy under following slabs:

  • Before 45 days of Conference: Eligible for refund by deducting official fees of 99 USD

  • Within 30-45 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment refund.

  • Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for refund.

  • E-Poster payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy :

International Conference on Agriculture will advise the cancellation policy of the conference hotel, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposit.
