Accommodation

Special arrangement has been made by the organizer at Conference Venue, conference guests and participants are invited to stay at this hotel. A selection of accommodation has been booked by Keynote Connect at the conference venue. Your accommodation can be booked with the hotels by Conference Secretariat. Kindly note that Paris is a tourist city, therefore we recommend booking early. This offer is also valid for those staying in Paris before or after the conference for sightseeing purposes.

We do provide the following kind of accommodations and cost for the accommodation will be varied based on the category chosen by participants:

Cancellation Policy for accommodation booked via the registration form:

• Changes and cancellations must be made by writing to the Conference Secretariat.

• Changes in accommodation can be done by the organizer and it depends on the availability of required changes.

• Cancellation before 3 months will be refunded by deducting a charge of 149 USD.

• Cancellation before 1 month will be refunded by deducting a charge of 199 USD.

• Cancellations within 30 days of the conference are non-refundable.

Visa

Visa is required by conference attendees to attend International Conferences, Scientific Meetings organized in other countries other than their country of stay. Every participant must apply for a Business Visa to their respective country’s Embassy by providing all necessary original documents.

Procedure:

• Find a suitable conference for your research interest

• Complete the registration process for that conference as specified in their websites

• Request conference organizer to provide Visa Invitation Letter

•  Apply to respective Embassy through online or by visiting the office

• Pay visa fees (if required)

• Get acknowledgement of document submission

• Get visa approved copy

• Carry provided visa while travelling to attend the conference

Documents Required:

• Original Passport with 6 months validity

• Recent passport size photograph

• Photocopy of passport

• Invitation Letter from the conference organizer

• Online or offline filled form

• Proof of residence

• Guarantee letter from current employer or sponsor

• NOC from current employer

• Covering letter by the applicant

•  Accommodation confirmation letter

• Travel itinerary

• Travel insurance copy
