What is included with registration?
Full conference registrants have access to all sessions including lunch and refreshments during the event. Besides, all registrants will be provided with the conference kit.
Where do I pick up my registration materials?
You will need to pick up your name badge along with conference materials when you arrive at the registration desk outside the conference hall. Your name badge serves as the entry to all conference functions.
What is the procedure for cancellation?
All cancellation requests must be emailed to the respective conference manager.
A 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 60 business days before the scheduled event (deduction of USD 100 processing charges).
A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 60 and 30 business days before the scheduled event.
No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 30 days before the scheduled event.
E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?
Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. There is no fee for equal transfers. The request must be made via email to the finance department and include the following information:

Is there a deadline to book my reservation at the hotel? Where do I make my reservation?
Hotel reservations should be completed one month before the event. Book your accommodation along with registration from the conference registration page.
Does the hotel provide transportation to/from the airport?
Shuttle service is provided in selected hotels only. Do check the hotel website for availability and timings.
Will you be able to accommodate more than one person in a single room?
Yes! A maximum of 2 people can share a double-bedded deluxe room.
Do you provide travel allowance for conference attendees?
Every participant needs to take care of their travel.
What is the procedure of abstract submission?
All abstracts should be submitted on the abstract submission page or emailed to the respective conference manager.
Can I attend a conference if my abstract is rejected?
Yes! You can attend as a delegate.
What is the maximum number of abstracts that can be submitted by a speaker?
A speaker can submit a maximum of 3 abstracts for the conference.
Is there a deadline for abstract submission?
Abstract submission deadline will be intimated through email and brochure.
Can a student give an oral presentation?
Yes! A student can give an oral presentation under the Young Researchers category.
What is the benefit of attending as a Delegate?
You can witness world-class presentations from some of the most renowned researchers of the respective conference area. Besides, you can also be updated with the latest innovations taking place and network with individuals from different parts of the world.
I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?
Individuals requiring a letter of invitation need to pay the registration fees in full and then request the letter via email to the respective conference manager.
When can I find the final agenda of the event?
The final conference program will be mailed to all the registrants and available on the conference website 30 days before the event.
Can I reschedule my presentation time?
Rescheduling request should be sent through email to the conference manager 30 days before the event. No rescheduling of presentations shall be done after the launch of the final agenda.
What is conference attire?
Business casual is suitable for all conference activities.
Will there be free Wi-Fi at the conference hall?
Yes! Wi-Fi credentials will be shared by the onsite coordinator and or hotel staff.
Can I bring my spouse/children?
Although attendees may bring family members to the hotel, only paid registrants wearing conference names badges will be permitted to attend conference events and food/social functions.
